Metamark leadership sale update

After 12 years of dedicated service, Ian Simister will be retiring from Metamark at the end of June 2025, with Nick Barnes set to take on the role of UK Sales Director from June.

After 12 years of dedicated service, Ian Simister will be retiring from Metamark at the end of June 2025. Ian has been an invaluable member of our team, playing a pivotal role in the company’s success and growth. As UK & Ireland Sales Director, he has significantly expanded our sales and earned immense respect within the graphics industry.

I am pleased to share that while Ian will be stepping back from his current role, he will continue to support Metamark in an advisory capacity from July.

Looking ahead, I am delighted to announce that Nick Barnes will take on the role of UK Sales Director from June 2025. Nick joined Metamark in September 2024 as Commercial Business Development Director, leading our global product sales team. He brings extensive commercial and sales leadership experience, having previously served as Commercial Director and Sales Director at James Cropper plc, and spent over 14 years in senior roles at 3M, including in its Commercial Graphics division.
